As announced by the Chancellor in September with full support of the Presidents, the transition to Workday requires us to pause some business processes.
- Effective 10/26/2024, all reclassification requests are paused. Managers will be able to request a position review in Workday beginning March 1st, 2025, unless otherwise stated by campus leadership.
- Effective 11/08/2024, all new position requests are paused. Managers will be able to request a new position in Workday beginning January 4th, 2025, unless otherwise stated by campus leadership.
- Effective 11/13/2024, all position description updates are paused. Managers will be able to submit PD updates in Workday beginning January 17th, 2025.
- Effective 11/15/2024, all posting requests are paused. Postings approved in PeopleAdmin by 11/23/2024 will be posted in PeopleAdmin and stay up until filled or Spring 2025, whichever comes first. All other postings must wait and can be initiated in Workday as early as go-live, December 21st, 2024.
